The Sound of Preparation – We’re Ready to Begin!
June 26th, 2011 – Posted by Craig Haworth

We’re into the last few days of preparation before the 2011 School of Prophets Conference begins.  Many people from the Young Adult School of Prophets are already here and the crew of the Shiloh Amphitheater show has started arriving. We are excited about the week ahead of us, but for now there is still a lot to do: We’re still getting everyone registered and and getting the rooms ready. A big part of the School of Prophets Conference is the work the Lord does in our hearts, as we work preparing for it. In fact, if you were to ask anyone who is involved in the preparation; whether by prayer or by hard work, you would hear one thought repeated often – the work, fellowship, and times of prayer leading to the conference are as much a part of the experience as the conference itself. Emily Hoover, who volunteers in our publications department, wrote about the spiritual focus behind all of the work that is happening: This week, people are already arriving for the School of Prophets conference at Shiloh. In this time of anticipation and excitement, one of the coolest things to me is to watch the family at Shiloh pull together and accomplish in a few days what might normally take weeks or months. As I walk through the building this week, there’s a buzz of activity

The Sound of Preparation – Preparing to Arrive at Shiloh
June 22nd, 2011 – Posted by Craig Haworth

As a conference center, Shiloh is privileged to host the annual Living Word Fellowship School of Prophets conference. Many people attend from churches throughout the United States and around the world, and the majority of them are housed at Shiloh during the conference. The anticipation for this time is just as strong for those coming from other locations as it is for those of us getting things ready here at Shiloh. The following paragraphs were written by Jared Ray, a young man from the Living Word Chapel in Palmer Lake Colorado, who is planning to come to this years conference: The School of Prophets conference in Shiloh is only one week away, and I find myself looking forward to the fun events and activities that will take place over the week; the worship, the fireworks, the live music, and the life-long relationships that will be created. I can’t help but think about the gathering together of those who share a
